California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) Notice
This CPRA Notice for California Residents supplements the information contained in our Privacy Policy and applies solely to all visitors, users, and others who reside in the State of California. Safe Haven Pediatrics adopts this notice to comply with the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 ('CPRA').
Collection of Pediatric Health Information
We collect information that identifies, relates to, describes, references, is capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked with a particular consumer or device. In particular, we collect sensitive personal information related to pediatric health services, including medical records and treatment history.
